Well call it what you want. The "DISK" is setup to be pickup up by a fork it has 2 brackets one on the front and rear. If the fork or FEL gets bent or tweaked picking up a 714lb "DISK" I have major problems. I have owned a tractor before so this isn't my first rodeo.
I only mentioned that because I basically have the same setup as you, except the tractor is an L3540.
2 weeks after I took delivery (yes it's brand new at the time) I had to replace the two front tilt cylinders because the rod's bent (yes, both) I mean, they bent like a wet noodle, and Kubota don't warranty cylinders. Kubota part's are not cheap! I'm really cautious about putting any down pressure on the FEL with the cylinders extended.
Then, the top link on the 3pt bent at the rod end. That was really strange. They are pretty cheap tho.
The big one is where a bearing in the rear split in half and broke a bunch of stuff including the housings. Fortunately, that was covered under warranty because they did find the failed bearing. Otherwise, that would have been a 6K bill.
The latest thing, just box scraping the driveway. Lifted up the box scraper and the clevis on the right cylinder snapped off. You could see that the weld was cracked for some time due to the rust inside the weld joint. I'll just weld it back on next spring.
I do really like the tractor tho, but it's not quite as tough as I would have expected. It has enough power to break itself even with the HST. Every problem was a total surprise!
My main thinking on the two cylinders is they had some faulty ones get thru, and the Kubota dealer believes the same, but still not covered under warranty.
Now that the warranty is up, I'll reinforce a few things and get a quick hitch for the 3pt.
