If you took your time, you could get a lot of nice shots. I was just buzzing down the road and took a quick one.
Last year I was heading to GR on M45 after Ice, and one stretch it was like driving thru a Crystal tunnel. Pretty cool and wish I got a pic, but M45 is a fairly busy road.
People with snowmobiles are out in force up this way. You can legally drive them on the roads. When I had mine, I lived in a county where it was Verboten!, but hell, they couldn't catch you no matter how hard they tried. Been chased
BIL's WE Ice Patrol Rig. He tow's a lot of stuff out on the ice. It floats!
He's hoping for some decent ice in Saginaw Bay in the next two weeks before he has to head back to work in Texas.
