I have the same feeder and have mine hanging off the hand rail of my dock I welded a piece of angle iron to a piece of flat stock to make it strong enough then I milled a slot in the angle for the handle and drilled two holes to attach it to the hand rail works good so far been in operation for at least a year now had to replace the battery so far that has been it texas hunter feeders are probably some of the best when I get a little spare change I will probably look into one of them
