Shawn Banks at Midwest Lake Management has a good reputation among members here. I've never dealt with him personally, but others here have. He's in Polo, MO.

Wallace Fish Farm in Allen Kansas is where I got my FHM, BG, RES, LMB and CC. Seems like an upstanding guy and all the fish delivered were healthy and have done well. He may not be the cheapest source you could find on the internet, but I think he strives for quality product and is very conscientious about not having trash fish in with what you are buying. They checked every fish (he and his helper) before it went in my pond.
