If I were you I would try managing the fishery for SMB and YP only and adding a solid forage base of crayfish, some native minnow types, maybe a shiner species, and would establish a pellet feeding program. There is no silver bullet for Northern SMB fisheries on panfish species - but I'm trying to figure it out.
