Ken, I'd be interested in your take on used equipment. Lots of it for sale around here also, and I'm curious about good brands.
When we were at Bruce's last month, I noticed that he had, IIRC, a double commercial stainless steel sink and table that tried to hop into the back of my truck. The used good stuff just makes a lot of sense.
