Hay every one I think I have figured out to remove the FA from the floating to the bottom stuff too. OK here goes you need to things.
A cordless drill and a long whip antanna. or a rod that is no smaller than 1/4 inch in dia. But the whip antenna works the best. Put the antenna in the drill put drill on slow speed and place antenna on the FA on the surface or in the water and the FA will wrap around the rod and make a long snake type thing and it will wrap up all FA that in comes in contact with even the stuff on the bottom. It will twist the FA real long like a snake 20 to 30 feet. The whip antenna just lets you reach out farther from shore. Pull the snake on shore and you can reverse the drill and the FA will come off with the drill on High speed or you can cut it off with a steak knife real easy. Becarefull it will wrap up anything it comes in contact with like coontail and other plants and pull them from the bottem roots and all. Believe me this works very slick and can be ran from a boat. I recomend a cordless drill versus a corded one! If you know what I mean. Try it, it will work and makes moving the FA real easy.
Try it let me know what you think. tomorrow I will take a small video of it in action.
and thanks everyone for your wisdom on this site it is awsome.
