Me and the Mrs. had an architect put together plans to build a home in side a steel building recently but the prices we got were almost double our budget. So, now we're considering a "modular" home. The specific model is made by Southern Energy homes sold by Clayton homes and others.

Does anyone have any experiences with modular homes, especially Southern Energy modulars, good or bad?
