What is shadecloth? Is it a fabric type material? My problem is that the wind doesnt get to my pond it is blocked by trees \:\( plus I really dont want to wade in the 18 inches of muck and tar like mud on the bottom . But the frame is what I am looking for, for ideas to build something I can pull around, Thanks
