Up early this morning ready to meet Al and head to Brian�s place for some fishing and seining when I got an urgent message that Al was grounded in Detroit � yeah Michigan not Deroit Texas � no airport there�.
Since Al and I were all ready to hit the road we decided to make a quick trip to check both his and our ponds � so off we went in dark of night.
First stop at Al�s to check his brood pond � great shape and full of 5+ inch CNBG.

Next stop to check our little pond � threw out some feed and feeding frenzy and Al caught a nice Hybrid Striper.

Next stop, our main pond � caught several nice CNBG but not size and numbers expected � Al did catch his first Grass Carp on the fly rod.

Great day � great fellowship topped off with a mojo Burger and fries at a favorite country caf�.
