 Found this floating in the pond the other day. Bass bit off more than he could swallow. I didn't measure anything but the bluegill had to be well over 6". I'm guessing a snapping turtle munched on the back of the bass.

Guess there's a lesson to be learned there about biting off more than you can chew...except they don't bite really...or chew...dang. Never mind.

I would say, that bass got into a bit more trouble than it really wanted.
