I shot this video from my phone the other morning. The CC usually show up towards the end of the feeding to clean up what my CNBG leave behind. I stocked 18 or so that were 4" long in June of 2012.

Thanks Zep, I planned for this to be a LMB/CNBG/RES only pond but when I went to pick up my RES (CNBG were already stocked for 2 months) I noticed a lot of these albino cats in his holding tank with his regular CC. I asked how much he wanted for a dozen or so and he had his son pull out 18 and threw them in for free. They are neat to watch and add a little variety.

I made the drive to your area this past May to pick up my LMB (Camelot Bell) from Todd at overton fisheries. If you have not used them yet I highly recommend them.

Will do. How old are your bells? How are they doing? I stocked mine mid may of this year. My cnbg were stocked 1 year at that time. I am taking my 4 year old daughter fishing in the am so we can check the growth.

I stocked 3 to 4"this past may so I won't be seeing a spawn until next year. I have seen whatever looks to be 6 to 8" ones cruising the shallows the other day.

drumz I think my bells would be about a year old,
but they were pretty small when they went in so I'm not
sure how many made it. I have not really fished much this
year as we've been really busy building some small log cabins.
Like you I see bass cruising the shoreline but I dont know
if they are floridas, bells, or something else.
Lots of huge white tilapia cruising around too.
A construction worker/painter caught a 10 lb catfish this week.

We went bream fishing today. My 4 year old daughter hooked a albino on her first cast. Not bad for being a 4" stocker 1 year and 2 months ago. While she was reeling it in I hooked a bass. It measured 8.75", up from the 3" stockers 4.5 months ago. I'll post the pictures when I get to my computer.

All my bass are Camelot bell and since this was a new pond there were no previous inhabitants.

Anxious to see the photo drumz!
Did it have a spot on it's nose and mottled back?
We likely had a limited bass spawn this spring due to the crazy weather but anxious to find out.

Sorry - no albino CC to talk about -

As promised here are the pictures:

We were fishing for some CNBG because my 4y/o daughter wanted to 'catch something to eat' (her words) for supper. She was using a night crawler under a cork. On her first cast she hooked this guy. I had just thrown a black and chartreuse roadrunner and picked up a little bass while trying to get lure back in the boat to help her. She reeled it in all by herself. It measured right at 14" and looks to be eating well.

I will post the Camelot Bell pictures in a new post.

Thanks, She is my oldest and turned 4 yesterday. I also have a 2 year old who loves to fish too. The baby is 8 months old so we will have to find out how she likes it.

I feed purina game fish chow in the mornings. I did not feed that day since we were going to fish so that meal was from the day before.
