I found a 19" Walleye about 2 feet from the edge of the pond a couple days ago. From the teltale entry and exit wounds it was definately killed by a Herron that found out after he had speared it there was no way he was going to get it down.

Didn't catch any Wallys this year (but didn't specifially fish for them either) and the last ones caught last year were between 29" and
31 1/2" so was quite surprised to find this little guy.

His days are numbered.

Mistakes are proof that you are trying.
