It is difficult to respond to this type of event because it is barbaric.

When I first read this, it reminded me of a horrific event that happened a few years ago in a farming community that I have quite a few friends in. I knew the family.

Not going to go into this, but was hoping that one of the "many" Law Enforcement Agents would have had an M16 malfunction when this SOB came out!
