George, I've been close - I've been thru Muddy Gap when out there hunting, and passed by a Bentonite processing plant.
Has it really been that long since I was first down there by you? Time flies!!!

Yeah, it's been that long since you sat in the chair across the desk from me - those visits meant a lot to me! Those were very difficult days shortened by visits by very dear PB friends continuing to this day! Now get back on topic.... George

Thanks for all your replies to my question! I talked to my contractor and he is going to try it on a small pond that is leaking and see if it is effective on that. I will let you know the results as soon as we can tell anything. Thanks again for everybody's input. Piper

Habitat....
Pretty much any body of water here in Indiana, prefer to hang around vegetation, lay their eggs in the Spring on underwater plants or sticks/brush. Feed on invertebrates, small fish and if pellet trained, commercial fish food. Hard to establish in ponds with minimal cover to hide in that has an established LMB population.
On the dust, let us know how many pounds per square foot he uses, and the type of soil that the pond was dug in. Also, how he applied the dust.
