Don't know why the link wouldn't work. Perhaps you need to download a google something?, or try a separate search on your own and it will be more operable?
The cattails are a problem for most people, I have been fortunate enough to not have them. I guess they spread like crazy. I would definitely look into ways to keep them at bay and replace with something else. Lots of good plant guys here on the forum to steer you in the right direction on that.
