We sell similiar product shoudl be fine if spryaed on emergent platns around pond. My advice is to mix a 2% solution (3 ozs/gallon H2o)and mix with good surfactant. It should help kill the plants with no harm to fish. WIth 1/10 acre surrounded by cattails you should only use about a pint of product.
