I think septic may have leached into wall of the pond. What to do. I am freaking out here. Guess I will call septic guy and have it pumped...will stop putting water in pond till I figure it out. Think I have opened Pandora's box. Money is becoming an issue. Before I had the water pumped out of pond I had big algae bloom...called state bioligist and he said it was caused by overfertilization...I don't use fertilizer...think it is a septic system problem. Lordy Lordy!

Nancy, are you saying that you dug close to or into the drain field of your septic system?

No it turns our it is not septic put pollen from all of the honeysuckle removed from that side of pond. Yeah...having my septic tank pumped anyway. About time...Onward.
