Well the guy that was gonna do the house pad flipped his track hoe and is out so i had to call another dirt contractor in and he will start in about a week. I contacted the utility company to get the maps where the right of way was proposed and the guy said we never heard back from the land guy so he's been lying for 4 months. I tried to contact the bank that owns the land but that was a complete waste of time because no one knew who i needed to talk to and acted like they weren't going to help me. I have tried all the things that i can do without legal action. Its time to get serious and sue that is all i can do.
