This is something that I have been trying to figure out also...
My well inlet pipe is just now breaking the surface of the water..(Spring rains) Have a couple of ideas myself, but don't want burn up a submerged well pump because I don't have a pressure tank on the pond well...
I am thinking of just putting a piece of slotted corrugated tile under my floating dock and running the water thru..
My idea or hope is it will create enough turbulance in the ripples to add O2 as well as drop thru the slots over a greater surface area...
Might be completely off on this, but has to be better than just pumping into the water direct from the well...
