I have never heard of it, but I wouldn't think it would work as roundup must be applied to the leaves of a growing plant to be effective. However there are always exceptions.
I am sure however that if mixed with bar oil it would adversly effect the viscosity of the oil which will lead to premature failure of the chain & bar.
