At 4 tenths of an acre, you do not have a lot of water. I believe the experts will tell you to skip the crappie, and some will tell you to skip the hybird bluegill and add more CNBG(I would agree!). I wold also hold off on any LMB until the fishery has been established and you have several class size CNBG. The RES is a very good idea (a must add fish), they will help control snails which will limit parasites. The FHM's are great, you can never have too many, I would add more than 5 pounds, I added 20 pounds to a pond that was smaller than the one you are planning and they are doing great.
The LMB should be added only when you can find several class size CNBG thriving in your pond. And then only add a small amount, like 15, not 50.
My 2 cents.
Then experts should be along soon!!
