I wish you hadn't mentioned "kennebec taters" . Because of the wet spring we had to wait till mid-April to plant ours, two more months of waiting and then its feast time. my friends call it " butter and sour cream time".


We chopped ours up and fried them with green peppers, green onions, and red onions they were good man there not quite done yet most were golf ball to tennis ball size..


I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..
