Wow! I knew some of the lakes were in bad shape, but had no idea how bad.

This is about 10% of the lakes. Most are hurting.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Wichita Falls just can't seem get any adequate runoff to affect lake levels. These lakes are the main water sources for +100K people.

Lake Tawakoni is only 78% full.
My pond is 4-5 miles from Lake Tawakoni and full.
Fishing has never been about the fish....
