Just looked at those pictures a little better... It is nothing but a 5 gallon bucket with a lid and holes drilled it it fed by a sump pump...

SP, guessing for less than $10 and what you already ha be you can build that!!!

So water is being sucked into the bucket with perforated holes and then directed to to the other device with a few holes in the raised section piece?

I wouldn't think there would be enough pressure with a sump pump but apparently there is?
