I thought you or someone else was working on a pond management program?
Probably would not be too outrageously difficult to set up a pond management program if you had the right people in authority on the subject.
I had given some very serious thought to organizing a series of training workshops for pond managers. My plan was to work with friends in the Aquaculture Extension Service to develop something similar to the Master Gardener program. Then some health issues stepped in the way that forced me to cut back on lots of my activities.
I'm doing a lot better, but now that I'm retired, I don't have time to do things like that anymore.
Wes Neal and Dave Willis edited a fantastic book they are using in their academic work. For people not looking for certification, but who just want a really good reference book on pond management, there is no other publication like it. Here is a link to the book:
