There are some very good certification programs. From all I know about it, this is one of the very best, by one of the very best aquaculture staffs anywhere in the world. Some of the professors were speakers at the last Pond Boss conference. Auburn University Certification for Aquaculture Professionals As I recall it is an 18-month program, with most of the work online, at about $6000.
