I think I found it guys. I think it's Large-Leaf pondweed. here's the link: http://www.mciap.org/herbarium/Large-LeafPondweed.php The other good news is that once you cut it back it does not come back the same season. Also, it is very sensitive to turbid waters. thanks guys.
