Close up number two is of a better idea as to what I am thinking about the location of the pond... Notice you can see the neighbors pond which I will have a picture of later.
Number three is an even closer view.
Here are some photo's of the area with standing water further back on the property which tells me that the water table is probably pretty high.
Here is a photo of the creek on the back of the property (it will matter for a question I will ask after this post.)
And last but not least a quick photo of the pond next door.... My pond would only be around 75 feet away from this pond. but will be better maintained.
