I have a problem around the edge of the pond, 1/2 acre in SE Michigan, with a plant that I have been unable to identify. I don't know what it looks like during the growing season cause I wasn't paYing attention, but it produces a Burr that gets stuck in the dogs fur in the fall. It is quite prolific and I would like to find out what it is so that I may remove it during the summer so the Burrs aren't there in the fall (well at least not as many as I have now) the Burr looks like this
