Here are a couple different pics of 2 different BG I caught just messing around today...These were the initial stocking from April 2011, so they are 2 years old right now..Just looking for comments about overall size for there age and so on..Any comments appreciated...

Nice 2 yr olds. Good job at getting them this big so far. Side views are all male fish.

any info on sexing BG? I know the scales black tipped on forhead is one way but how reliable is that? Whats the easiest way.Also about how long before they reach maximum maturity? I know that's a relative term, but just a ballpark idea...Thanks, David.

BTW those 2 were 7-8 inches long..I have caught a couple recently that were over 9".
