Rex Allen Curtis has been banned from selling fish in Arkansas but they can not affect his business outside of Arkansas. I have a copy of BOTH orderes against him if anyone is interested.
I will not do business with him again. In fact, I went to Arkansas to testify against him in the second case. We brought pictures, flyers, calls, the cnx'ed check, everything. That is how strong I dislike his treatment of others.
FYI other states are after him as well. If you think you are getting scammed, call the Attorney Generals office and the game warden in your state ASAP. They have the resources to handle people who don't play by the rules.
