BobbyRice - Culling, cutting, and chumming a catfish with 1/2 bodies of stunted blugill or LMB is a good idea for eventually catching shy bite catfish. Once you have it or them feeding regularly on the chum, slip a hook into one of the cut halves. Fish on!
