Increasing the treadmill time, reducing the bike time. Now 25 minutes each. In the event that spring/summer ever shows, biking and weights will go away and walking the great out of doors will commence.
I am actually looking forward to that first horse fly bite. Ok, that may be a stretch.

Walked outdoors finally; 4 miles yesterday and today. It is still pretty chilly at 0600 hours; 20F with no wind on Tuesday and 30F with 10 mph today. When the sun rises it seems warmer. All good, in any case.....
I met 41 vehcles on my walk this morning and every driver waved at me in the neighborly rural way. One more reason to live in the country.

It was so windy here today that I could only walk one direction. I had a heck of a time getting back home.

It takes a 2 person team of walkers and 2 4WD trucks to make that won-way with the wind walking work.

I was working out Cheap Trick - Ain't that a Shame was on loud. There was a huge thunder clap that covered the music, sent Zeke two feet in the air with his tail 3 inches thick, and caused sleeping Gail to jump out of bed to check for broken windows.
Everything is ice covered. The ice even took down my American Flag. I hung it in the warehouse to melt and dry.
A lot of action!.

Good song, 2:06 intro on a 5:11 track. You got to like that. Crowd very excited at Budokan. How are things on Bremer Pond? Walked 4.4 miles today.
Spring has sprung, the skunks are out, just sniff about.

Toughest 4 miles.
My toughest walking route is all gravel roads with elevation changing approximately 200 feet on 4 separate hills. The elevation changes make a 4 mile hour much tougher than a flat four miler.

I am at less than 20 miles to reach 400 miles in for this walking season. Should be able to make it if we don't have any lasting snow for a week. May not be aerobical, but good for me and my brain.

Two weeks after surgery, I'm at 50% of treadmill, recumbent bike, and Nordic Rider. Everything else normal.
I expect to be up to full song on everything by 3 weeks after surgery.
