I can't believe youve never seen a black bear in this area. in the summer almost 3 times a week we have them in our trash or in the yard i could talk for hours on just bear storys and i even came close to hiting one on my motorcycle last fall. once we had 3 cubs on our porch they were freindly and where like hungry dogs beging for food they were so close you could reach out and touch them. we have pics of that event if i can find them i will post them sometime.
