Yeah I know - just have fun with this stuff....  G/ I don't remember that being the case when you heard about the LMB!   Scott, wish you could join us for our BBQ party on Friday....we could get you out of your winter doldrums...  Brian and I have a plan to turn lemons into lemonade on his little muddy pond - turbity ain't all that bad.....no draining - no nukes - just experince....been there - done that for the most fishin' fun - love little ponds with a challenge ...

I talked to them last Friday night. The told me that 12:30 was usually the best time to get there on Fridays.
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Oh man, I wish I were closer. I like TX BBQ a lot. Will you report what everyone ordered, and include a quality review, maybe with photos? Brisket, babyback pork ribs, cornbread....

Everything there is good. I usually pig out on ribs with bean and cole slaw. It's buffet and you can keep going back for as much as you can stand.
Iced tea and water to drink. BYOB if you're so inclined.

Man, I don't know how I missed this post. I have some plans for Friday but I'll try to run by on my way out of town for a quick meet and greet. Trying to get to the farm and do a little work before the rains set in.
It's true hard work never killed anybody, but I figure, why take the chance?

BBQ channel catfish is considered acceptable according to PB Forum standards as long as it's served on a dirty plate.

They don't serve salad there. Ribs, pulled pork, sausage and brisket. Sides are potato salad, beans and cole slaw. Tea or water unless you BYOB. Ice cream for dessert.
