The quarries don't want to sell to small trucks here anymore. You have to load it yourself and they have a set price around 30 bucks.
Wow! I guess that's the perks of living in a small town...I hauled 1500 lbs of sand, and another 1500 lbs of #8 stone for mixing some concrete last year....total cost for both aggregates? Under $12 And the loader operator dropped it on for me, even though I was prepared to shovel it on.
