I noticed you put a bend in your drain pipe.. I'd attach some kind of trash rack too your drain it'll be alot easier to clean a trash rack than a clog down in those bends.. Really cool looking place..
Yes, a trash guard is a good suggestion. I had originally intended for the end of the pipe with the offset to be on the pond side, angled down so as to draw water from below. Due to an impromptu design change I flipped it around. In the future I plan on welding some offsets on both ends in order to make a siphon overflow / drain. For now, the pipe is capped and the spillway is the only overflow. Thanks for the suggestion, and compliment�.. gw
