(The drawing above is what could�ve been, if the pipeline didn�t cross the property. Apparently, the folks at Conoco Philips don�t care to have ponds built on top of their underground pipelines. Oh well, maybe it will be abandoned someday. Although, I doubt it will be anytime soon. Would have been pretty sweet though.)
