Well.. i started with step 1 last weekend, the minnow trap. It sat in the pond for about 4 hours. When I pulled it out it was teaming with big ole fathead minnows. I guess my previous tests were not very good (read: just throwing fish food in the tank and seeing if anything comes up to get it). I'm still sending the water off to be tested, but I am super happy about this revelation! I'm hopeful my catfish and redear/bluegills are still there as well.. now on to the bass.

From what I could see (fish wise) in those pictures, it looks like there weren't only FHM in the trap. Do you have any other pictures showing just the different fish in the trap?

No, i didn't spend a lot of time looking through them (i should have). The only fish i've put in have been bluegills, redears, fhm, shiners and channel cats.
gonna go fish it in a couple of weeks. that will be a year since i put in the fish.. still may be too early too fish it though.. not sure they would be big enough yet to bite.
