Cecil, I would imagine you have some pretty decent winds up there at times...be sure and allow for a design to furl the tail, and turn the vanes out of the wind. I've noticed that seems to be standard even on components.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
