Hey, Dave, the building is just a storage building at this point, not living space. We keep our tractor in there along with pretty much everything we used to haul back and forth from home for a day at the farm.

We're doing a full bathroom on the pavilion to make it nicer and more convenient for the ladies to spend the whole day out there and also for camping purposes as well as entertaining. I figured it would also be nice to be able to grab a shower after spending a day working out there during the hot months so I can get cleaned up before heading home.

The road is not yet graveled but that is on the radar for spring. It's a pretty muddy quagmire right now but once things dry up a bit the road gets pretty firm. It does have a fair amount of rock compacted into it so the muddy part is probably only a few inches deep before you get to a reasonably solid bed. When we get that project going, I'll probably line the whole road with geotextile fabric and then go with 2" crusher run. We've estimated it'll take about 35-40 tons.
