Huh that's od.. I would think its not a good sign but I don't know.. I've read frogs, and tadpoles can die first in bad conditinsbut never heard of turtles and one dying here and there is even more od now if 20 died in a week I'd be extremely worried.. Just keep an eye on it and don't stress yet..

I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..
