This guy (see link below) fixed some problems (as best they could be fixed within my budget) that the first two dirt guys created. He did not dig the pond, but I will use him for my next one. He seems to understand what is needed to build a good pond, and he did what he said that he would do for the price that he quoted. He is also rated highly by BBB.
