Dave, you might want to consider setting up a camera to capture license plates numbers. I use a web site called publicdata.com that allows me to see who is the owner of the vehicle. Once I have the owner's name it is possible to search for criminal backgrounds. We are seeing about 1 in 3 vehicles that come down our road have owners that have problems with the law.
