I dropped off some partial deer hides, skulls, etc. at a meat rendering plant years ago before I specialized in fish. Anyway, there were dead cows etc. all over the place. One of the workers was sitting on one while he ate his lunch!

The place had it's own kind of smell which you never forget.

Oh my.....

there are some jobs I would just about refuse to do...working in a slaughterhouse might be one and even some medical doctor specialties would not be enjoyable.

My kids are getting their fair share of germ stimulus with our dogs and two stinking hamsters.

I was up in Oh Canada for a week for work, I get home, and we've got two hamsters living with us. One for each kid, and neither help clean the cages. Granted, my wife thinks the kids will make a bigger mess cleaning the cages themselves. But damn to the cages get stinky. Sad really.

Anyways, I wanted to make sure I was on the same page with my wife in that after these hamsters moved to the afterlife, there would be no more hamsters.

She said yes, "you only get one hamster in life."

Love that woman.

Be very careful to keep those hamsters separated or you may have
1] Many more hamsters in life.
2] A frank discussion of the birds, bees, and hamsters WAY before you're ready.

Alternatively, you could prepare several answers to possible kid questions about hamster behavior:

"They're playing horsey"
"That's how hamsters dance"
"The mommies always get fat like that when they're happy" [Be very careful with that last one].

One thing I will NEVER let my twin brother forget is the time he came up with a ludicrous explanation to what we saw unfold one day at a bus stop, back when we were in elementary school.

Here's the scene: We're standing at the bus stop and two dogs go by rear to rear locked in romance. For some reason I knew exactly what was going on. So did the other kids that were either snickering (the boys) or gasping in disgust (the girls). My brother's explanation was they had worms and they were glued together because of them.

Whenever I bring this up there are howls of laughter much to my bother's chagrin.

My oldest daughter, when she was three, asked me, "Daddy, why is that doggie so mad at that other doggie?".

Dwight, I don't know if he has to be gone from The Blair Project just yet.

He may qualify for some of the re-education programs that we're developing.

Cecil, was that the fertilizer plant on 30 in Plymouth where you dropped off the hide and skulls? They're growing Tilapia for the food market now. I think they shut down about 8 years ago and when it gets warm and humid out the place still smells the same if you are downwind.

No this one is west and north of Kendallville, Indiana.

You want off the bad list, or off the list of charter participants in The Blair Project?

Just trying to be clear. You know how rough it can be when you get on Dwight's list.

Reconsider,N8!

Sure, Sunil's pretty intimidating, with that AR thing and all, but Dwight......Do you really want every electron on the North American continent actively employed against you?
