The Blair (code name) Project is necessarily secretive about the scope of this member funded program. Suffice it to say the requirements for membership are extremely restrictive.
Only the founders are included at this time so the Project is more likely using you as a cloaker. Cloakers are used in numerous ways to prevent disclosure of actual Project agendas. I could be a cloaker, Blair could be a cloaker. No one knows for sure.
