The place where Blair actually lives and raises his fish is in the southwestern US at a place known as
Groom Lake. The accent is all part of his ploy. Don't ya wanna bet that is why he hangs out with people like Dwight? Just so he can sound legit, eh?
I don't believe that where he claims to live even exists. I've been to Winnipeg, and there is absolutely nothing north or west of it!
But, where he really lives is a great place to hide out. Like Saskatchewan, even Google doesn't have any real photos of it.
