If it were me and given the distances that you stated:
Get 4 submersion rated ip cameras with POE and cable them back to an Ethernet switch or plug them directly into your router if you have the ports available. With this setup you can view the camera outputs locally and on the Internet as well.
This would be the way to go for the least amount of equipment expenditure with the best reliability.
