Well after my big fish kill I'm looking at adding some aeration. I found a pump on ebay that looks like it might do the job. Has anyone had any experience with this item? It looks close to the one sold by Ted and a few other places.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7574322361&sspagename=ADME:L:RTQ:US:1 I will have a 220 outlet to make a plug for it and will then run pvc air line underground about 250-300 ft to pond shoreline then about 40 ft to bottom diffuser (about 14-15 ft down in the 1.2- 1.5 acre pond with an average depth of 9 ft) most likely purchased from Ted at this point. However, I would prefer a pump that isn't too noisy, but I might purchase one of those quiet boxes with the money save on the cost of the pump. Not sure at this point.
